Guys did a great job fixing my Well-pump/plumbing issue. Identified the source of the issue very fast compared to two other companies I called and wasted time/money on.I would easily recommend these guys to anyone. Our well pump was making the pipes buzz loudly while running and would bang so loud when you could hear it throughout the whole house. Forget about trying to sleep when the water filtration and Softner systems regenerated. I called Galan Well and Drilling late in the afternoon on a Thursday. They were out the next morning (Friday), diagnosed the issue, and found the pump was breaking down. We made a plan to replace the 24 year old 3 wire pump and control box with a new Franklin 2 wire pump (eliminating the control box) three days later. They did not disappoint. On Monday they showed up at 9:30 am. They pulled the old pump that was burried 2 feet underground, checked the well depth and water level height, extended the well cassing above ground, installed the new pump, new pressue pressure sensor and pressure guage, eliminated the control box, chlorinated the well and tested that everything was functioning correctly...and QUIETLY! They cleaned up all the old parts and debris and were ready to leave at 1:25pmThey two man team was very professional, friendly, fast, and efficient. They even took the time to explain the removal and installation processes and how the complete well system functions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Great company!!! Galan Well Drilling was very responsive when I had an urgent issue with my pump. They were able to come the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue. It appears that others who serviced the system did not supply the correct part. The Galan team figured out the problem right away. Called on a Friday, Carlos came out Saturday to survey the site, the equipment was dropped off on Monday, drilling started Tuesday, job wrapped Wednesday. I couldn't be happier! The crew was amazing, worked so clean, everyone was here when they said they would be and they did a great job. The man stated someone would be arriving within forty-five minutes.The serviceman arrived promptly only to point out I needed the pressure gauge, electrical switch and bladder replaced . I was advised it would run$1600.Although $1600 is a lot of money, that’s cheaper than resetting the well. That was my main concern.The serviceman was very nice, thorough and completed the job in a timely manner.I now have a 62 gallon bladder instead of a 34 with a nice new pad. I called several places that had greater than 50 years experience and 24 hour service. I got an answering machine and left a messages wondering what 24 hour service means to them.
