They were prompt with responding to my residence.The tech they sent out unfortunately did not speak any English, and I do not speak any Spanish. Communication was nonexistent and was forced to speak with an interpreter he had on his cell phone. The tech ran the water and found that the pressure was low in the tank. I voiced my concerns that there was more to it than just that as I was getting debris in my toilets that just stated that day. The interpreter was getting frustrated with me asking questions and indicating everything was fine and I just had bad water and need a filter. I explained, that was not the case as all of this was new as of today. I was then told to call a plumber because they don’t do plumber work. I questioned why toilets would start having debris in them as soon as they started to mess with the well and then was told maybe the well was collapsing. Within the same breath was asked if I was paying with cash, check, or credit card? They didn’t want to be there anymore and felt as thought they just wanted the money for the weekend call. I told them I would be calling another company out.I reached out via text message and voiced my concern. The person on the other side was very nice and kept in touch with me explaining that if it did end up being something else, I would get a refund.I had another company come out and they had a diagnosis of a bad check valve. I did get my refund and let them know I was not happy with my experience. Thank you to the person that was texting me as they did what they said and said they would take my feedback to the right person. Forget about trying to sleep when the water filtration and Softner systems regenerated. I called Galan Well and Drilling late in the afternoon on a Thursday. They were out the next morning (Friday), diagnosed the issue, and found the pump was breaking down. We made a plan to replace the 24 year old 3 wire pump and control box with a new Franklin 2 wire pump (eliminating the control box) three days later. They did not disappoint. On Monday they showed up at 9:30 am. They pulled the old pump that was burried 2 feet underground, checked the well depth and water level height, extended the well cassing above ground, installed the new pump, new pressue pressure sensor and pressure guage, eliminated the control box, chlorinated the well and tested that everything was functioning correctly...and QUIETLY! They cleaned up all the old parts and debris and were ready to leave at 1:25pmThey two man team was very professional, friendly, fast, and efficient. They even took the time to explain the removal and installation processes and how the complete well system functions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Great company!!!
